• Leading the RECO (Requirement Collector) process for IT Squads and Business Teams via JIRAs. Coordinating for mitigating regulatory risks, meeting statutory requirements, and implementing more process optimizations. Resolved and implemented 300+ requirements.

• Owned the Chart of Accounts setup in SAP and presented requests in Board meetings monthly. Validated and set up around 500+ G/L accounts. Also maintained the governance around them.

• Shine Program - Shine is a Swiss Re initiative to help emerging startups flourish. The program is a part of the Global Entrepreneurship Program. Worked with a start-up, Hydrogreens for 9 months on their marketing plans, business, and financial models.
• CSR Ambassador: I am the Corporate Social Responsibility Ambassador for Group Finance. I take Induction sessions for new joiners along with it.
• PowerHer Mentor: I am Master Mentor for women at Swiss Re. I have mentored more than 5 women in technology in 2 years.
• People Experience Council Member: I am a part of PX Council where we keep employees at Swiss Re Bangalore engaged and involved via various activities at the location level.

• Club Growth Director: I empower corporations and employees to become better speakers and better leaders. Enable growth of 4,000 members and lead a team, 54 leaders. I represent Karnataka on a global platform.
• District Public Relations Manager: Head a team of 45 and lead all social media marketing and branding initiatives, built content, graphics, and the website for Toastmasters Presence in Karnataka.
