To ensure that the executives attend to one customer at a time and maintain eye contact with them.

To ensure that the executives keep not more than five necklace trays or not more than one display tray for other items in front of the customers.

To ensure that the customers are completely satisfied. If the satisfaction of the customer is beyond the capabilities / powers of the executives, then to take over from the executives.

Any complaints received from the customers are to be deal with tactfully and to the complete satisfaction of the customer. If required, the complaint may be referred to the concerned Branch Manager.

Co-ordinate with the product manager to ensure adequate and continuous supply at all times and to maintain correct stock levels at the counters.

Following the discount policy correctly and refer to the concerned Branch Manager/ Showroom Manager if required.

Maintaining adequate records of our allocate counters to facilitate discussions and solutions in the weekly and monthly review meetings.

Keeping records of the achievements of the executives under our control.

Doing telephone at regular intervals to the regular and high-net-worth individual & document customers in order to maintain a good relationship.

Checking the smooth flow of the stock to the counters, in case of any difficulties he/she should intimate to branch manager and deputy manager – product development.
