Project Title: London Police Contact Center Crime Report Registration System

Environment:(Microsoft CRM 365)

Project Overview: The London Police Contact Center Crime Report Registration System, developed using Microsoft CRM, is designed to streamline the process of reporting and managing crime incidents. This system leverages the robust capabilities of Microsoft CRM to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the London Police Department by providing a comprehensive platform for citizens to report crimes and for officers to manage and respond to these reports.

Responsibilities:

· Involved in analyzing requirement and designing solutions after discussion with BA and technical team.

· Built model-driven apps in Microsoft Power Apps to manage data in Microsoft Dataverse.

· Configured entities, forms, views, and business rules to support crime report registration.

· Developed canvas apps to create user-friendly interfaces for different police department roles. Integrated various data sources and services to enhance app functionality and user experience.

· Designed and implemented a read-only application for users to access crime report data without modifying it. Ensured the application followed security protocols to protect sensitive information.

· Defined and configured security roles in Microsoft CRM to ensure appropriate access levels for different user groups.

· Developed and optimized automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, created triggers and actions to automate tasks.

Project Title:  Coat of Arms of Singapore

Environment :(Microsoft CRM 365)

Project Overview : This is an implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM version for CAS. Begin a health care centre organization; CSA Government Health Administrators manages Medicarebenefits for millions of seniors in multiple states.

Portal is use for fulfilment of claim and tracking the insurance from service providers (hospitals) in case entity module. Users create the Case through USD which is integrated with CTI. Data from CRM is pushing in external system (On Base) using JSON for further use and response is displayed on CRM.

Responsibilities :

· Involved in Design of CRM modules, Customization’s, Extending CRM, and Documentation.

· Involved in the support team as part of application maintenance.

· Resolve Production issues in a timely manner to minimize impact

· Interaction with the customers to understand the functional/Non-functional requirements through emails and calls

· Interacting with the onsite and offshore team in resolving their issues

· Bug fixes, writing user guide and technical design documents.

· Developing Plugin and custom workflows.

Project Overview : RHB Bank is one most popular bank, it as may clients throughout the word, VB has a CRM application in 2016 version. In this project we Updated 2016 version to Dynamics 365 Versions. In this we added more functionalities which are not present in older version. VB which includes direct banking, investments, etc.

Responsibilities:

· Involved in analysing requirement and designing solutions after discussion with BA and technical team

· Providing high level estimations for implementing solutions.

· Involved in developing Business process flows, Plugins (using C#), Custom workflow activities (using C#) using CRM SDK, Business rules and JavaScript.

· Enhancements and customization of CRM.

· Worked on OOB customization, Model Driven Apps and Sitemap.

· Involved in controlling the ribbons based on various business requirement

· Involved in Web API Operations from JavaScript and C#.

It has been added to the list of sources) etc. It includes empowering users with complete 360-degree view of customer coupled with definition of process-based workflows and case update and closure process. Case Tracking mechanism (with department wise TAT).

Responsibilities:

• Customizing the entities.

• Participated in Requirement gathering and documentation

• Create Business Rule feature used to customize forms.

• Wrote JavaScript for form customizations which included the use of jQuery

• Unit Testing and Bug Fixing.
