• Diving deep on AdSu cases problem root causes to provide coaching and recommendations for better Advertiser experience
• Identifying and communicating potential risks of AdSu aging cases
• Applying expert knowledge of AdSu Products to solve ambiguous and complex issues that have been sent to Amazon Executives and Andy Jassy.
• Assisting Strategic Account Mangers, Executive Support Managers and Legal stakeholders with information and data requests related to policies, processes, and actions taken on AdSu cases while operating with high discretion.
• Providing resolution to high revenue Advertisers’ problems when the “Advertising Console Contact Us” feature failed to provide a successful resolution
• Operating with autonomy to execute small to medium sized projects from initiation to delivery, focused on AdSu operations improvements
• Building relations and agreements with Advertising partner teams and ASO leaders to ensure systemic problems are addressed and corrected.
• Understanding and communicating the objectives and scope of a project, as well as the role and function of each stakeholder, in order to lead team to efficiently deliver business requirements.
• Collaborating with the Advertising BIE for complex data requests to influence business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Process and Respond to emails and/or phone calls received from publishers

*Reprocess stuck books through the system.

*Routing issues and bugs that need engineering expertise to the DEV teams

* Maintaining and improving knowledge base with unique publisher requests and their solutions

* Remotely calibrate with peers and leads on other sites of the network to ensure consistent experience to publishers

* Assisting Book formatting, designing, Royalty Payments issues.

* Trained to handle Escalated cases and providing resolution to the providers.

* Helping publishers in setting up Ad Campaigns, and also monitoring the Ads performance.

* Resolving customer’s high level escalated issues.

* Handling both outbound and inbound calls and Emails

* Achieving quality above 95% as a team.

* Managing sales the sales process for the new prospects.

* Handling the Projects (Equipment installatio, testing and providing services after sales).
