Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Facility administration and maintenance in-charge.
Responsible for Security, Transport, Soft & Technical Services.
Hands on experience on people management – currently handling a team of 20 skilled professionals.
Responsible for staff grooming, uniform standards, cleanliness, safety, hygiene and overall attitude.
Daily inspection of premises for cleanliness and hygiene to take corrective actions when required.
Vendor KPI review. Monthly Business Review.
Schedule preventive maintenance respond to urgent maintenance calls. Participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans and Business Continuity plans
Manage the AMCs of various equipment.
Responsible for agreements & AMC contracts of in-house service providers like UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Fire & Safety equipment’s etc.
Monitor and adjust system set points and output, thereby providing optimum comfort level, adding to energy saving measures.
Responsible for complete upkeep of all critical equipment at site.
