• SAP Integrations:

Integration with different source systems, such as Herald and FYND, for B2C and marketplace transactions to SAP for following various business.

Grocery FNV, trends in fashion and lifestyle business, digital business, and data integration with Jiomart.com, AJIO.COM, Shein, Tira, Netmeds, Swadesh, Clovia, and Zivame B2C, etc.

• Debit Refund Process for Credit Card/Wallet Payments.

Program development to identify and return the status of the valid double-swiped cases in the event of a double swipe at the POS or a transaction not billed at the POS, with money deducted from the customer account for credit cards, debit cards, wallets, etc.

• Third-party finance, such as Bajaj, Tata, HDFC, etc., settlement accounting in ERP and reconciliation.
• Automation of MPR upload for prepaid and COD payments through AL11.
• RFC creation for Amazon and Flipkart sales and refund settlement data in the POSDM system.
• MOP change mechanism to register actual MOP accounting entry for cases resolved through alternative payment methods at billing.
• Migration from POSDM 465 to POSDTA 460 HANA database.
• ERP migration from One ERP to Multiple ERP's based on the format.
