Projects

Analysis of leakage current in a MOSFET using SILVACO TCAD, In this project, we have simulated nanoscale MOSFET structure through an ATLAS device simulator. We have used three types of oxide materials to determine characteristics of MOSFET to analyze the leakage current characteristics with respect to electrical permittivity of oxide materials. Simulation of High-K dielectric Flash memories, In MOSFET fabrication, we used High-K dielectric materials like silicon nitride (Si3N4) and Aluminum oxide (Al2O3). We observed the performance characteristics of the device varies by improving gate leakage current, improving performance and gate capacitance of the device. Path Finding Robot using AURDINO, The project is about a design of an obstacle avoiding Robot with capability of detecting objects in its course and navigating around those objects by making a proper decision. This project is based on Arduino UNO and the code is written in Arduino IDE software. As an autonomous robot, the potentiality to maneuver without creating any impact was executed.
