• Robo Raiders (Pega), Robo Raiders (Pega), Azure & Skytap, Windows, Senior Software Development Engineer, 02/2020, 07/2021, Pega RPA provides tools that can be used to automate repetitive work, so that Pega clientele can focus on their respective customers, and let the robots to do the repetitive, rote work. The automations created create can bridge the gaps between the various software applications that are used, eliminating the time spent starting and navigating through those applications so you can integrate your legacy systems and avoid silos. Pega Robo Raiders QA team prime focus is to test Pega RPA Tools which includes Pega Robot Studio, Pega Robotic Runtime, Pega Synchronization Server, Pega Package server and Server status page., Led the effort of manual QA team in Pega Robo Raiders team. The role responsibility includes work items assignment and validation of the testing, bug triaging, bridging knowledge gaps of the product by conducting KT sessions on various product related topics, Sprint wise presentations on the manual QA team work, and looking after the regression testing progress of Pega robotic studio 19.1 version. Took ownership and Performed release testing of all the Pega RPA products in multiple supported windows OS versions, web browsers and windows applications to ensure the release of quality product to the client without any slippages. Tested multiple Pega product features like text adapter, excel workbook , citrix testing ,Pega updater service , setting up sync server, web server hosting using IIS and kestrel, bundle imports , Sync server API testing. Testing of issues/bugs of the Pega product features and communicating with the development team to ensure bug free and intact feature delivery. Acted as a scrum master and ensured no slippages from the sprints, solving team issues and bridging the gap between actual vs estimated effort in the sprint timeline.
• John Hancock, John Hancock, Canada, Vpas, Tosca, Test analyst, 08/2018, 12/2019, John Hancock Insurance project mainly focuses on data validation between different systems like NSCC(National securities clearance corporation), DIS, ACE and ACATS systems. Also, the data needs to be validated across 18 platforms having multiple products whose features need to be tested across different regions., Identified as a key resource for automating the process of testing the data flow from system to system. Analysis of application requirements, function & technical specifications in order to produce SIT test scripts Providing reverse knowledge transfer sessions to client for validation Automated new Business process for the products using Tosca Xscan. Verification of data in the reports generated to that in the system using different Tosca standard modules.

Tosca is used as a automation tool to perform testing., Identified as a key resource for automating the process of testing to compare the values from mainframes to microfocus. Analysis of application requirements, function & technical specifications in order to produce SIT test scripts Creation of modules for mainframes using Tosca Xscan and pulling report daily to keep track of the execution progress. Creation of TQL queries. Creation of multiple test instances using Tosca template concept and also through Tosca test management. Coordinated with Offshore BA and Onsite BA for queries resolution. Provided KT sessions on Tosca for new joiners into the project. Peer reviewing the Test Scenarios and Test Cases of team members. Executing the test cases, reporting test results through Tosca. Currently this enhancement is only applicable for new business process., Identified as a key resource for testing integration requirements between front end Pega and backend RLS systems & Peripheral systems. Worked for RLS Core requirements in integration part. Tested application using PRPC tools like Rules Inspector, Clipboard and Tracer. Analysis of application requirements, function & technical specifications in order to produce SIT test scripts Review of testing documents developed by the Testing team for all core process involved Coordinated with Offshore BA and Onsite BA for queries resolution. The functional areas impacted by these changes are namely New Business, Claims, Policy Changes, Withdrawal, Payments, Customer Enquiries and Distributor Enquiries., Offshore team member handled different requirements and tested on different environments. Discuss with Analysts, Process owners and Technical team to gather requirement specifications. Preparing Query log for confirmation of the clarifications. Presenting Daily & Weekly status of the work allotted to me. Interacting with Offshore SME and BA for clearing of BRS and Data Patching related queries.
