o Assist segments/ customer with effective communications and providing necessary
information on time
o Assists in oversight process of transferring and transporting all materials to desig
locations between and within all user departments such as office furniture, records,
recycling, etc, on designated shift

Cost Controll:
o Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and provide
recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting
budget concerns to manager
o Need to utilize the control Labor activities as per transactions requirements only.
o Implicate the process for smooth operations so we can get more productivity.
Logistic Operations:
o Logistics Operation – Selection of transporters, devise to reduce delivery cost by
negotiating freight rates with transporters and arrangement of proper transportation,
keeping track of timely deliveries
o Responsible for supervising all Warehouse staff and the overall daily management of a
designated shift. Supports, administers and manages operational goals and monitors
achievements of performance and profit objectives
Documentation:
o To maintain proper documentation of inward and outward with proper filing.
o Maintain to match the documentation v/s system entry.
o Making GRN as per Received.
o Short GRN and Damage Posting
Audits:
o Physical Inventory Audit.
o Doing every month internal Warehouse Quality Audit.
o Participate and sucssed in main key roll in Radha Krishna Food Land ( Mc Donald’s) ,
Jyoti International ( Subway , Fassos) and Rich Products Pvt Ltd Audits on Every
quarterly .
