• Checking the quality of Finishing Works like plaster and Tiling Etc
• Checking Setting out for Plaster, Tiling and other finishing works
• Checking Verticality of Curtain walling regulary to attain the proper elevation according to Architects design.

• Developing and Implementing the Structural and Finishing works on site in an organized and cost effective manner in accordance with the approved design,quality standards within the agreed time
• Assigning daily work targets to Junior Engineers and Conducting weekly site meeting with them to prepare the weekly work reports
• Liasing with Architect & Structural Engineers for smooth flow of work and attending monthly meetings with them to track monthly work progress
• Ensuring all the finishing works like Plastering, Screeding, Tiling, Aluminium Works, Ballustrading etc are meeting the standards as per the drawings
• Coordinating with Sub contractors for the better work quality standards
• Sending monthly work progress reports to Clients and Consultants for them to know the status of the ongoing project.

• Checking if all the activities are meeting the quality standards as per the client requirement
• Arranging the material to Sub contractors on time in order to reduce the time delays in project completion.

• Execution of Different kinds of Structures like Office Buildings, Staff Accomdation Quarters, Major & Minor Bridges, Box Culverts & Pipe Culverts, Super Passages,Retaining Walls etc
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule as per the drawings
• Checking the quality of materials on site prior usage
• Liasing with Sub Contractors and Updating daily work report to reporting manager
• Ensure all the saftey measures to be taken before commencing any activity
