Int’l Bond Deals & Corporate Finance

• $500 M and $362.5 M Bond deals: Involved in USD bond deals at different stages with different roles
• 1200 crores Indian Rupee Bond Deal: Involved in INR bond for one of the Group companies
• Acted as facilitator to complete various recurring and ad-hoc processes for the portfolio companies

• Analyzed new investment prospects by researching their USP, business model and competitors
