• Time and Motion Study of Ward Secretaries in Pediatric ICU for Fernandez Hospital, Hyderabad . Streamlined SOPs for response staff for ICU which helped reduce the ICU response time from ~1 hr to ~10-15 minutes thereby improved the customer satisfaction score.
• Improved Inpatient satisfaction score from 40% to 80% for Pace Hospital by streamlining the discharge, admission processes, training staff to be more proficient with customers and ensuring hygienic conditions through out the stay. Discharge and admission timelines were reduced from 10 hours to 4 hours for discharge and 1 hour to 15 minutes for admissions.
