Managing the Business Finance function of Telangana vertical where I am responsible for financial planning and analysis, business partnering, budgeting and handling audits
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan by computing the most accurate results with the set of business parameters & effective coordination with business teams & COO
- Preparation of Capex business plan by evaluating the various key business metrics and special projects
- Track and circulate the weekly business P&L results and review the same with COO to address anomalies and action immediately to deliver results
- Partnering with Supply chain team in assessing the material availability, controlling the exposure, optimizing the asset recovery, repair and reusability
- Driving of costs through scheduled reviews with business teams to ensure control over Targets Vs Actuals
- Pro actively enabling management with various financial analysis on a timely basis (Eg. Churn analysis, customer acquisition analysis which helped in reducing the low ARPU customer acquisition in certain branches) and developed a business strategy note at hub level involving collaboration with the sales & SD team
- Handling the month end books closing process and MIS of revenue and cost lines of business and presentation of business deck
- Managing a team of six and mentoring them to upskill and streamline the internal processes within the finance function
