Regardless of location, these providers must be enrolled in the CAPS Program in order to provide care, and they also receive payment from Decal for the care they provide to the children. Additionally, children receive scholarships from the government if their families meet the eligibility criteria.

• Quest Direct: A consumer-initiated testing service that empowers patients to manage and take control of their healthcare by ordering health and wellness lab testing from the convenience of their home.
