  • Facilitated my team by serving as a Team Lead [Dec-2020 to Mar 2021].
  • During this time, I regulated Tasks and JIRA, delegated SNOW Incidents, advised on testing Projects (Multiserver), managed absences, reported testing statuses, attended management calls and was held accountable for fostering the team. This was in addition to my existing duties towards the Project.
  • Brief QA Managers and leadership on status updates regarding team and take up questions of concern.
  • Aligned a team of 6 people [Mar 2021 - May 2021] for a Design thinking challenge, where we authored information and learning material for cross - LOB efforts available at SAP Jam Page.
