- Monitoring day to day transactions of accounts.
- Handling various types of disputes codes.
- Filing chargebacks by detecting and identifying the fraud through VISA.
- Responsible for Investigation, detection and resolution to customer disputed claims in VISA Debit card claims.
- Reviewing the accounts credit reversing after Merchant issued credit.
- Preventing the customer account by blocking unauthorised transactions through VISA.
- Adjusting fees and counters as per business requirement.
