Bachelor’s degree Electronics communication Engineering with 7 Years experience in Equipment Manufacturing of semiconductor Equipment’s and SMT line in clean room environment right from CLASS 100 TO CLASS 100 as per procedure & standards.

• Design, develop, and optimize SMT processes including solder paste printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, and inspection.
• Taking care of complete SMT operations and final assembly for sensor manufacturing
• Preparing the new Programs for all the machines at NPI time
• Interact with customers daily based on their requirement planned for the production
• Handling the existing manpower and planned to recruit for the new manpower
• Cycle time optimizations are performing to achieve the UPH
• Maintaining of tools and spares for the machines
• Procuring of stencils and router pallets and other spares for the machine in SMT
• Always monitoring the line issues with immediate actions to avoid line breakages in production time
• For new line setups doing the simulation programs and recommended the machine configuration
• Evaluate and implement process improvements for efficiency, yield, and quality
• Maintain and calibrate SMT machinery to ensure consistent operation and reduce downtime
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability)
• Generate reports on line efficiency, downtime, throughput, and defect rates
• Work with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain
• Interface with vendors for equipment upgrades, trials, and technical support
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• Enforce safety standards for handling electronic components and machinery
• Monitor process KPIs, resolve production issues, and support high uptime
• Schedule and verify PM activities; optimize spare part usage
• Approve or design fixtures/tools, monitor tool life, manage regrinding and replacement
