Implemented PWA for this website to get mobile-like feel for the end user. We've also implemented a WhatsApp flow, enabling customers to submit requests without logging into the portal by simply scanning a QR code. Counselors can easily manage their availability by creating slots, and we've seamlessly integrated a payment gateway for online transactions. Additionally, the platform incorporates Zoom for smooth online counseling sessions between counselors and customers. For customers, designed a mobile app enabling them to book appointments and engage in various mental health improvement activities, including reading blogs from their preferred counselors. the system is built using Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and sockets.
