Currently working as a Project Manager at LIVSPACE, I lead end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, designers, vendors, and on-site teams. I oversee project timelines, budgeting, material procurement, and quality control, delivering turnkey interior solutions that meet both aesthetic vision and functional needs. • I specialized in modular kitchen and wardrobe designs tailored to client needs and space functionality. My responsibilities included creating detailed 2D layouts and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and SketchUp, selecting materials and finishes, and collaborating with the production and installation teams to ensure design accuracy and timely execution. I worked closely with clients to understand their preferences, provide design consultations, and deliver customized solutions that aligned with their aesthetic and functional requirements. This role enhanced my creativity, technical proficiency, and client interaction skills in the modular design segment.

• I worked as a Site Supervisor, overseeing the execution of interior design projects from start to finish. My role involved coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure the timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards. I was responsible for daily site inspections, managing labor teams, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring that work aligned with design specifications, and safety guidelines. This role strengthened my leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities, while giving me practical insights into interior site execution.

• As an Interior Design Intern at Infraskytech, I assisted senior designers in conceptualizing and executing residential and commercial projects. My responsibilities included preparing 2D layout plans using AutoCAD, developing 3D models, and realistic renders using SketchUp and V-Ray, and supporting site visits to coordinate with vendors and contractors. I also contributed to mood board creation, material selection, and client presentations. This experience enhanced my technical design skills and deepened my understanding of practical, on-site project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in reviewing resumes, Posting Consultants’ resumes in Job Portals, Reference checks, Negotiate terms & rates for each project.
• Strong experience in all full lifecycle of recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management.
• Follow-up with candidates for Post-Employment, Reference Checks, Notice Period Negotiations, etc till joining.
• Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
• Conduct personal interview/evaluation and assess potential candidates.
• Coordinating technical interviews with solutions team of experts.
• Experience in conducting telephonic interviews of candidates as per the Job description to check for their communication skills, truthfulness of resume, expected salary, confidence level, back ground as per the job description
• Performed extensive recruiting for Senior Software/Database Developers with heavy focus on technologies such as All SAP Modules, C/C++, (Windows & UNIX/Linux), .NET, Java/J2EE, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Knowledge of Various visas like H1b, L1, B1, EAD, TN visa, Green Card, US citizen, OPT, E3 visa.
• Maintained and updating the ATS software.
