• Global Fund Services Team, I carry out a detail level 1 evaluation of the TPA prepared financial statements and provide accuracy-related suggestions. We analyze observable data, such as market prices and quoted values for comparable assets or liabilities; this way, we provide investors with a strong platform for making informed investment decisions, we are currently supporting Canadian and North American funds on a semi-annual and annual basis.
• As defined by SEC rules to deliver a complete schedule of investments listing each investment held by the fund at the conclusion of each quarter. This lists each investment's name, share or principle amount, market value, and categorizes it by investment type, associated industry, and nation. The schedule of investments gives investors important information about the fund's assets and how its investment aim and strategies are being carried out.
• An atmost and important Task performed by the Team, which forms crux for preparing the Financial statements. It involves provisioning and updating of security master data for all fund holdings into fund suite Arc monthly which includes updating caption (legal entity), description (Class & Series), all categories of classifications.
• As a bridge between various internal departments, TPAs, and other teams in connection with audit of the financial statements of North American Funds. As a part of the process we provide Confirms and request internally & externally to provide our independent accountants with a description and evaluation of specific matters with respect to which they have been engaged and to which they have devoted substantial attention.
• All shareholder report production tasks across all areas and products are centralized by the Production Management Team. Assembling, reviewing, and approving the shareholder reports for Invesco products fall under the purview of the Production Management group. For the shareholder reports to be generated in accordance with regulatory criteria, the Production Management Team's ability to successfully complete their tasks and duties in a timely manner and with accuracy is essential.

• Financial Reporting Process of Private Equity Funds specifically for Blackrock Client.
• Preparation and review of financial statements and Schedule of Investments of Private Equity Funds.
• Worked on migration project, moving the funds from Unity to Fundsuite ARC platform.

• Review of Statement of Assets & Liabilities (Balance Sheet), Statement of Operations (P&L account) and Statement of Changes as per US GAAP and IFRS.
• Responsible for the interpretation and application of all relevant accounting guidance such as SEC regulations and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) pronouncements on Mutual Fund Reporting.
• Also involved in the review of Statement of Investments gained strong control on handling presentation of different investment portfolios.
• Responding to the queries raised by auditors/external clients on financial statements.
• Analysis of Financial ratios by preparing and reviewing Financial Highlights and Board Financial Highlights.
• Ensures appropriate footnotes and note reference are tagged to Financial Statements and Statement of Investments.

Regulatory Reporting:

• Hands-on knowledge of preparation and filing N-CEN and NSAR as per SEC norms.
• Prepares broker statements and collateral reports.

The work involves a robust study of a company’s Income statements published by the different companies, which has to be cleansed and re-presented in a rudimentary language so as to be understood by general investors. This is involves extraction of special data items from notes
section of the document.

Also co-ordinate with various sources like technology team in order to get the information and other inputs required on time. Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports like weekly report on the client issues, Error report analysis, improving the quality of data captured.

In this process, handled a team of 12 members and imparted my knowledge to get the desired results in Income Statement process.
