• Worked on Procure to Pay, Delivery Processes, Logistics Execution, Inventory Management
• Experienced in Outbound Delivery, Stock Transport Orders (STO)
• Production support of Material management Module provided Solutions to the user issues.
• Ensured configuration changes and Report development activities to fulfill the requirements.
• Worked with functional and integration issues.

Project title : Implementation

Project Client: Callippus

Environment: SAP ECC 6.0

Duration: March 2020 to Jan 2021.

Project Brief and Responsibilities:

• The project is End to End Implementation of SAPMM.
• Study of present system and business processes (AS IS STUDY) carried out with respect to Materials Management and collected the Business process requirements from the business process owners.
• Involved in As-Is and To-Be discussions with core team members from client side and prepared in As-Is and BBP as well as BPML Documentation of all business process.
• Configured MM organization structure with general settings and base line configuration (SAP) as per business scenarios.
• Procurement Processes (Direct/Indirect)- PR, RFQ, PO, Outline agreements, procurement process.
• Configuration related to standard, and consignment & subcontracting stock carried out.
• Configured Release procedure for purchase requisition, purchase orders and outline agreement’s
• Configured pricing conditions and pricing procedure for purchase organizations and different vendors.
• Configured Automatic Account Determination by mapping valuation class to G/L Accounts.
• Set up Stock Transport order (for Intra& cross company codes and plant to plant.)
• Batch Management, Output Determination for purchasing documents and GR/IR Documents
• Set up split valuation as per procurement type.
• Inventory Management - Goods Movement and Special Procurement process.
• End to end processes tracking and involved Unit testing & Integration testing, UAT (user acceptance test) issue resolutions in Interfaces & Reports.
• Involved in Documentation of all business process and configuration documents.
