Product Management:

• Contributed to the development of Geo-Studio, a product facilitating Geo-corrections within Amazon, subsequently optimizing routing operations for package delivery.

• Under my guidance, the team has consistently achieved a quality rate of over 95% and exceeded a 90% SLA for the accurate geocode corrections.
• Successfully led a project by establishing team and setting up the processes, resulting in reduced customer escalations and last-mile logistics costs, while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Product Management:

• Collaborated as a member of a team responsible for the development of the Alkem Marketplace, a digital platform designed to facilitate seamless order entry and offer real-time order processing updates by connecting stockists/customers and depots.

Logistics Operations:
