1. Renewable Energy Initiative – Solar Power (Budget - 20 Cr)

• A step closure to sustainability by using 4 MW solar power for plant production resulting in green products.
• Feasibility study, Market research, Contract & Vendor finalizing, Material Procurement and commissioning of solar project.

2. Dross Cooler Installation and Commissioning (Budget-5 Cr)

• Procurement, Installation and commissioning of Dross Cooler Machine for cooling of hot aluminium dross resulting in zero emission of hazardous fumes with a capacity of reducing temperature from 400°C to 50°C.

3. Electric Arc Furnace Installation & Commissioning (Budget-5 Cr)

• Electric Arc Furnace of a designed capacity of 5T and a production capacity of 40T per day
• Engineering, Contract & Vendor Finalizing, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning of EAF within scheduled timeline.
• Production of value added products i.e. calcium aluminate, increasing the revenue by 5x.

4. Digitally controlled system for 3 stage dross processing (Budget - 5 Cr)

• Implementation of digital system for handling and processing dross at 3 stages to reduce the COP through manpower reduction.
• Vendor finalization and installation within scheduled timeline.
