Life and Disability, ALICS (Windows to Angular Application)

• This is operated by Internal Anthem Business, for creating, processing and auditing claims and pay amount insured to claimants
• ALICS mainly deals with two claims, Life Claim and Disability Claim, Insurance claims are reviewed by the company for their validity and then paid out to the insured or requesting party (on behalf of the insured) once approved.

Responsibilities :

• Involved in preparation of Test Estimates, test coverage as part of Integration Testing, resolving queries and issues of the team while authoring, reviewing and executing test cases. Tested functionality, performance and compliance of each product against design specifications to maintain strong development standards and high customer satisfaction.
• Performed Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing.
• Built lasting rapport with clients and vendors to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
• Created structured documentation of all end-user requirements with the business, development and team.
