I have worked on Jurong Regional Line (JRL) 109 project. JRL 109 project is around 3 KM elevated viaduct in Singapore. I am a part of Independent design check team of six engineers from India. The client for this project is Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore and main consultant is Aurecon Singapore.
The important tasks performed as follows.
- Performed bridge pier design checks as per Eurocode.
- Performed crosshead design checks based on strut and tie method. Gained good understanding of load path in crossheads.
- Performed Blister Design Checks for various types of Blisters
- Performed Interface Shear between precast segments.
