Project Management:

• Played a key role in the successful execution of National Optical Fiber Network (NOFN) Phase-II project involving telecommunication infrastructure upgrades and expansions and to support broadband internet services, increasing service coverage in targeted regions.
• Strong knowledge in Project Management and a strong grasp of telecom infrastructure, including wireless, fiber optics, and broadband services.
• Preparation of qualitative Project related PPTs for transmission to USOF / DOT / BBNL and other Ministries like Panchayat Raj for various meetings conducted at high level.

GPON Technology:

• Deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of GPON networks, including ONTs (Optical Network Terminals), OLTs (Optical Line Terminals), and optical splitters in Rangareddy, Nizamabad and Khammam districts of Telangana State.
• Lead the deployment and maintenance of GPON infrastructure across multiple geographic locations, improving fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) coverage.
• Configure and manage OLTs and ensure optimal GPON system performance.
• Collaborated closely with clients to define requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on project status throughout each phase of work.
• Supervised the installation of fiber optic cables, optical splitters, and testing of GPON systems to ensure service quality.
• Conducted end-to-end GPON network assessments and contributed to network design improvements that reduced signal degradation and increased bandwidth efficiency.

Network Management Systems (NMS):

• Expertise in monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting telecom networks to ensure optimal performance.

Element Management Systems (EMS):

Primavera Contract Management Module (PCM):
