• Operation and maintenance bulk material handling systems comprising of high-speed belt conveyors of 3100TPH, Gantry ship unloader cranes of 65MT/hr, Stacker cum Reclaimers of 6200MT/4000MT, Rapid wagon loading systems 3600TPH, 132kv switchyard
• Operation & maintenance of LT&HT switchgear and motors, plant transformers, overhead hoists, EOT cranes, soft starters, VFDs, ACBs
• Maintenance scheduling & compliance, Fault tracing & breakdown maintenance, shut down planning and equipment reliability tracking using MTBF, MTTR & RCA
• Improved port equipment availability from 78% to 92% within 1 year of my takeover pf the position.

• Served as Interim location Operation Head leading discharge & dispatch operations and achieved zero vessel demurrages
• Handled a record 8.57 lakhs MT of cargo in the month of March-2022 which is ever highest since the inception of the terminal from 2012 till date under my leadership
