The project focused on subscription management, specifically addressing key components such as contract management, renewal processes, and cost maintenance within the organization. Thorough manual testing was conducted to ensure that both the functionality and performance of the application aligned with the established business requirements.

Comprehensive test scenarios and test cases were developed and documented to support the manual testing effort. This testing strategy encompassed various types, including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Detailed test cases and carefully designed test data were created to ensure extensive coverage based on specified User Stories.

Software defects were identified, documented, and tracked using JIRA, facilitating active collaboration with developers and stakeholders for timely issue resolution. Additionally, test execution reports were prepared to effectively communicate the results to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.This project was centered on subscription management, focusing on the critical aspects of contract, renewal, and cost maintenance for the organization.
