Banking(ICICI BANK) - November 2023 - Till Date 

ICICI Bank system is implemented based on the sales module of dynamics 365 . Mostly focused on creating a leads, using different ways likes manual, automation, bulk upload, scheduling, in app notifications  through azure. This system contains  lot of configurations, master data , assignments , products and activities like appointment , phone call , task and also integrated with azure services.

Banking system  (CHC Bank ) -  August 2022- October 2023

 CHC Bank has implemented the Dynamics 365 Sales module as a central component of their business operations. This module encompasses several critical processes, including customer onboarding, banking security requests, bank charges and addressing customer sensitive needs. By leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales, CHC Bank can streamline and optimize these operations, enhancing their overall efficiency and customer service.

Furthermore, the Dynamics 365 Sales module is integrated with multiple applications within the CHC Bank ecosystem. Two notable integrations are the Operational Data Store (ODS) and the Active Bank system. These integrations facilitate seamless data flow and real-time synchronization between the various systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across the board. This integration capability empowers CHC Bank to leverage the data from different sources, make informed decisions, and provide a unified experience to their customers.

TAQA (oil Field Services ) -  September 2021- July 2022 

The TAQA oil field service app is developed on the foundation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service modules.

The application caters to various service lines, such as Coil Tubing, Cementing, Drilling, and Fracturing, enabling efficient and effective management of oil field operations.
