Client: CITI BANK, US.
Description: Sawgrass is a CITI Bank customer service application used by the CREW team to manage credit card services like credit line changes, payments, balance transfers, and card requests. Each release includes 8–10 projects with major or minor updates. CREW (Credit Risk Early Warning) identifies and manages high-risk accounts. Other components include Credit Line Decrease (CLD) and the Credit Initiation web app (Apollo tool).

Responsibilities:
- Performed Test Case Design, Executed Tests, and analyzed results for complex business and system requirements.
- Executed test cases and tracked defects using HP ALM.
- Collaborated with developers and on-site BAs to address technical issues and defects.
- Handled production testing and sign-off activities.
- Verified all functional and regression test cases, debugged existing test scripts, and recommended corrective actions.
- Escalated critical issues to development teams and senior management.
Project #2: AT&T
Client: AT&T
Description: My AT&T application – a self-service platform available on web, Android, iOS, and Windows. It enables AT&T mobile, internet, and TV customers to manage their accounts, pay bills, view usage, update profiles, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Performed Web Analytics testing/Reporting testing which includes validation of different events like page load, link click, and Action (Form Submit, Form Response).
- Designed and executed test cases, analyzed results, identified defects, and tracked them using JIRA, Sherlock, and Data Viewer.
- Conducted mobile testing via Mobile Labs and test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
Project #3: Scotia Bank
Client: Scotia Bank
Description: Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) Trust Letter, offers Letter generation and Production support and troubleshooting during process—an annual initiative to send reminder letters for In Trust (ITF) accounts, ensuring beneficiary information is collected for premium calculations and regulatory compliance.

- Provided daily status updates and maintained test documentation.
