Analysis on double pipe heat exchanger, Visakhapatnam, India

2022

  • Analysis of Double Pipe Heat Exchanger is conducted by taking copper and steel as materials.
  • The project is carried out using ANSYS FLUENT for analysis and CATIA for modelling the Heat Exchanger and Fins.
  • As input to the system, hot fluid and cold fluid intake speeds and temperatures are provided.
  • Heat transfer characteristics and velocities were numerically calculated, and contours were produced.

Steady State Analysis of Cylinder Liner, Visakhapatnam, India

  • The modelling and analysis of the Cylinder Liner are performed by taking the Grey Cast Iron as a material.
  • The project is performed using CATIA for modelling the Liner and ANSYS WORKBENCH for analysis.
