• Currently leading the In-App Questions Attribution Project, focused on ten country businesses across five key questions to attribute millions of drivers sentiment across World Wide. I develop machine learning models to analyze and attribute various input metrics to unfavorable responses. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights, optimize business outcomes and various initiatives to improve driver experience.
• Led data analytics initiatives for the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Scorecards Project, managing 40+ metrics and multiple ETL data pipelines to analyze weekly delivery performance; generate and maintain metrics data for performance reports directly linked to DSP incentives exceeding $25 million weekly. I also collaborated with product, program, and tech teams to scope projects, conduct impact analyses, and deliver actionable insights driving key business decisions. I also mentored 2 people in generating an automated tool to reduce the effort for periodic impact analyses from 1 week to 30 mins and avaoided BIE intervention for the analysis.
• Responsible for weekly/monthly reports and analytics related to seller bad debt.
• Built an ETL pipeline and QuickSight dashboard for resource management and headcounts.

• As a BIE, I interact with the client and understand the business decisions/ requirements & conduct an impact analysis/ deep-dives to find root cause of anomalies.
• Handled multiple projects improving operational excellence across various teams.
• Our main project is a Python based web analytical dashboard which will give a higher level to lower level, week over week details of each & every member in the operations team. This dashboard also includes Machine Learning predictions. This dashboard reduced close to 50% of the time spent by respective leads in validating the getting the performance summary of their reportees, it also helped them manage their team better & help them grow in their respective growth areas.
• Other projects include Billability- this project is about calculating billing hours, work hours, break time based on the week over week resolves information of each agent & present it in a Tableau dashboard
• And also created multiple centralized databases in MS Access with interactive forms for Team Leads, Team Managers where they can update daily reports of their team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting impact analysis to check impact of business decisions, (Eg, threshold updates in production ML model, etc) and then present the insights in a structured analysis to customers and help them with decision making.
• Deep-dive into the anomalies & finding the root cause.
• Maintaining a ML model (written in R language) & re-tuning the model to scale it for other Business Problems with similar requirements.

The objective of the Technology Radar is to create radars that are contextual and with dynamic interchangeable dimensions, based on annual technology vision document that consolidates the macro trends influencing the world of business and technology. Worked on service layer and DAO layer for the Technology Radar Dashboard.

Technologies - JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, J Query, Maven, D3, MongoDB and Neo4J(Graph DB).

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Worked on validating JSON files to identify flaws and download radar as a power-point slide.
• Modified Service layer to reduce the usage of components that will be reused for various functionalities.
