Ensure Monthly Action Plan execution from Dealerships.
Coordination with all NBFC’s and understand about funding pattern plus market scenario.
Regular visit to key customers from all Hubs to understand about their service level and regular update on new models plus give suggestion on any product which can suits their operations.
Regular visit to all Service Mandi mechanic, Parts outlet, Local garage mechanic for improving perception on the running product of that area.
Acquire key accounts of competition- Making Road map and executions.
Ensure productivity of every DSE as per target given the start of the year.
