  • On receiving Job Description (JD) from respective project team we will check for primary and secondary skill, total and relevant experience, location, number of resource required, new hire or contractor, currency, fixed price or T&M, expected joining date and then create JD# code for tracking and controlling till closure.
  • For future requirement create cadre indent# code and select resource under cadre billing and once project comes alive transfer resource (Project-to-Project) under client billing.
  • JD# is approved by PM by finance and legal if required based client or regional requirement.
  • Sharing JD# with internal teams for resources, if unavailable then search in other vertical, check bench resource also the resource going to hit bench in next 30 days to 45 days having no project in hand.
  • Future bench resources were book for next 7 days from project end date for SME and client round. If select close the open position and book the candidate for further billing under new project.
  • For external resource: We create Job Code (JC#) against JD# and share it to external team for recruitment.
  • Empanelled vendor have JC# details same as JD except the additional buffer for next level negotiation.
  • We manage L1 & L2 interviews as per scheduled date and time, collect & share feedback with stake holders.
  • Letter of Intent (LoI) was issued to selected candidates as assurance to resign and serve notice period.
  • Selected candidates are tracked because if they backed out at last moment will be risky for stakeholders.
  • For niche skill or critical positions we hire two candidate against one position as backup.
  • We share BGV link and track the process and once complete we release the offer letter for acceptance.
  • For on-boarding process of the candidates connect him/her with HR SPOC for further processing. ·
