  • Setting up the Maharashtra, MP, Gujarat & CG State Team by training and developing the ARMs, TRMs & ALMs
  • Setting up the New team of Collection and legal across Karnataka, AP, Telangana and Kerala State.
  • Responsible for the drastic reduction of GNPA from 10.80% to below 1% across KA, AP, TN and Kerala States.
  • Responsible for the Continuous reduction in NCL to contribute towards to profitability of the Bank.
  • Responsible for Transforming the Vehicle disposal system from traditional branch sale to Public Open Auction for better transparency in Vehicle Disposals with reduced losses both in South as well as West Zone.
  • Regular tracking of both collection and legal to focus and drive Write off and Shortfall books, which directly contribute to the profitability.
