- Daily progress work report & every shut down job list and also maintain history card of equipment's.
- Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
- Carried out Preventive Maintenance of Pump (BFP, ACW and CEP), Compressor (ROTARY SCREW TYPE), Fans (ID, FD, PA) as Per Schedule.
- Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
- Ensure inputs for shut down planning activities are timely and proactively provided within areas of responsibility of Employee.
- Ensure maintenance activities are proactively coordinated including contractor & vendor management within areas of responsibilities of Employee.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
- Prepared of purchase requisition slip of Equipment and auxiliary.
- Maintenance knowledge on Ash chute & RAV and Ash conditioner for Ash.
- Coal plant maintenance such as Crusher maintenance, Vibrating screen maintenance, Belt replacement, Pulley replacement, Motor-Gear box replacement etc.
- Servicing of different kinds of Steam, Water & Air line Valves such as Gate valve, Glob valve, Butterfly valve, Ball valve, Diaphragm valve etc.
- Various size of Motor - Pump coupling alignment checking & Execution.
