· Performing Measurement Practices by Using instruments like Portable Hardness tester, Trimos 2D Height Gauge, Height Gauge, RA Tester, Profile Projector, Digital and Plain Vernier Caliper (Range up 0 to 2000mm), Digital and Analog Micrometer (Range up 0 to1000mm), Inside Micrometer (Both Plain & Digital), Bench Center with Dial (Up to 3000mm bed size), Radius Gauge and Bevel Protector, and Vernier Depth Caliper, Core Loss Tester, Epstein Tester, & Pull off Tester.
· QMS Manual with Quality system procedures (QSP) preparation, Implementations and Control.
· Performing and Coordinating System Audits (As per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 & IATF 16949:2016), Manufacturing Process Audit, Product Audit, & Dock Audit.
· Monitoring and analysis of Quality Objectives for all the Plant Processes.
· CSR Matrix Preparation, Implementations and control.
· Preparation of Master list of Documents & Record and Control of the same.
· Coordination with Certification bodies (i.e TUV NORD, BV, DQS & DEKRA etc.) to maintain and match the plant QMS as per latest Standard requirements.
· Ensure that all necessary QMS and procedure are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audit.
· Performing Core Tool Practices, Like MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP & PFMEA in factory as per Latest AIAG Manual Requirements.
· Performing and Coordinating External Calibration Activities for all the Instruments and Gauges & Internal measurement verification (Check fitness for Use).
· Performing Minor Repairs and settings to maintain instruments fit for use.
· Data Collection, analysis and Controlling of In-house and Customer end Rejections with the help of different quality tools.
· Performing Dye Penetrant Testing (DP Test) to check Porosity of Aluminum Casted Parts.
· Communicate and carry forward previous lessons learned in new customer contract.
· Preparing the PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plan for Critical CNC, VMC Machining, Casting, Forging Processes.
· RM Inward, Micro Structure Preparedness and also normalizing process control.
· Using of Standard room instruments like Contracer with Proper Calibration, profile projector, Hardness tester Trimos 2D Height Gauge, Microscope, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, RA Tester, and Air Plug Gauge with proper setting, Digital and Analog Vernier Caliper, Digital and Analog Micrometer, Bench Center with Dial, ID Caliper, Tec lock Inside Dial Caliper, Radius Gauge and Bevel Protector.
· Facing Customer Process audits and implementing the customer requirements. Also Submitting the Action Plan (6W2H, CAPA, VCAR) for the same.
· Ensure that all necessary system and procedure are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audit.
· Exercise the 8D Discipline to close the Customer as well as In house NC.
· APQP Preparedness for New Development Parts.
· In conjunction with the supplier quality assurance function, reduce the effect of non- confirming suppliers material on the production area quality.
· Implementation of IATF 16949:2016 in Factory.
· Involved in ISO9001:2015 Activities as System Coordinator.
· Implement all relevant procedures described in the quality management system (QMS) and ensure compliance.
· Faced VDA 6.3, 2010 Process Audit and scored 90% rating.
· Controlling of In-house PPM with the help of different Quality Tools and Core Tools.
· Performing inward, in line, and Pre- Dispatch Inspections.
· Worked on Process Improvements of Compression Molding for SMC & DMC Materials.
· Performing On site inspection at customer end and Closure of customer NC.
· Installation and Commissioning of Roof Top Solar System with Net Metering.
