- ABB Hackathon 2021-
- Got 1st Runner up for implementing optimized MPPT of partially shaded solar panel based on particle swarm optimization technique- Demoed performance difference between existing tracking algorithm in ACQ-80 solar drive with optimized technique using Chroma solar simulator with MPP tracking.
- Implementing Multi-Criterion MPPT in ACQ-80 Solar Drive. -Existing Perturb&Observe algorithm ABB Solar Pump Drive had stability issues under lower radiance, slow pump speed step response, higher DC bus fluctuation, incorrect MPPT tracking. To mitigate these issues a Fuzzy logic based Multi-Criterion algorithm was implemented where in real time Power, Voltage & Current values were monitored, and proper pump speed response was provided to improve pump stability and efficiency.
- ACS355 drive adaptive programming for power fail logic in textile application.
- Codesys programming with AC500 and siemens S7-1500 plc for fieldbus communication of drives.
- Commissioned Next gen ABB drive via PLC and established communication via OPC server.
