- Conducting regular safety inspection to find out the unsafe condition and practices.

- Maintain co-ordination and consultation with First Aid and Emergency response team.
- Conduct accident investigations, Incident follow up meetings to ensure all recommendations are implemented.

- Look after the installation /safety measures for the machineries.
- Give guidance for shifting, material movement, crane operation, Undocking and chemical storages etc.
- Conducting the firefighting mock drills and Marine rescue operation and emergency evacuation drills to make awareness in emergency procedures.
- Conducting and assisting in internal and external audits with corporate HSE engineers/Manager.
- Attending the joint site inspection with client and consultants and take necessary corrective action to close out the safety violation and report compliance.
- Implement the safety motivation programs such as 'Safe man of the month' and 'Safe man of the year' etc.
- Maintaining and controlling daily Safety Practices with frequent inspection in the work sites, ensures that hazards are identified, precautionary measures are taken and provide Safety Advice to Supervisors.
- Giving support and assistance in delivering the HSE Annual Target Objectives.
