  • Built a bootstrapped business while being in the transition phase of moving out of my last job at Practo.
  • Scaled it to INR 15 Lac in Revenue being a solo founder and 5 intern operation. Ran the operations for about 8 months.
  • Built a P2P platform for established influencers to help them monetise beyond youtube and brand revenue by helping them create, publish, and distribute their courses and learnings while offering aspiring influencers a chance to learn directly from them.
  • Was early to market, found difficulties distributing the product and helping creators realise the ROI of their time spent on the platform. Also ran into multiple tech challenges with respect to hiring and thus sunsetted the project and moved on to my next gig as a Product manager.
