Project
• Working on new projects and customization/ Renovation of Centres as per Client's Requirement. Completed Projects Akasa 2 Centers in Noida and 1 in Delhi.
• Vendor Management which includes dealing with vendors for any new requisition. Negotiating with vendors to get cost effective products and services.
• Maintaining Building compliances like Fire Norms in the entire building.
• Co-ordinating with account team for payments for all the vendors.
• Closely checking the quality of work on the site.
• Responsible for delivering the projects within the TAT.
Procurement
Handling Procurement which includes monthly Housekeeping, tea/ Coffee items
as well as any new orders.
• Dealing with multiple vendors to take multiple quotations and analyse the best product and in terms of costing and quality.
• Responsible for on time material delivery, quality checks and auditing.
• Responsible for all the Vendor payments after verification of the Invoice.
Maintenance
• Responsible for all the utility bill payments within TAT.
• Responsible for property rents payment scheduling.
• Managing maintenance at all hubs which includes electrical , Civil and Plumbing.
• Responsible for all AMC contracts and renewals.
Community and Operations
• Responsible for all AMC contracts and renewals.
Closely working on Budgets in order to minimize the operational cost and drive towards better efficiency.
• Setting Standard Operating Procedures for each Operating process.
Managing end to end operations for all the centers which includes Noida 1600 Seats / 80,000 Sqft and Delhi 20,000 Sqft.
• Managing outsource manpower contracts which includes housekeeping and Security.
•Maintaining Several Reports for OPEX of the Hubs and analysing to control the cost.
•Handling escalated clients complaints and dealing with CXO's if any major inputs are there.
• Managing and Boosting Team efficiency and keeping the track for their work.
