1. Collection and interpretation of the Tax Data for us client which included setting client profile.

2. Data mapping , Reconciliation, Data cleaning , and Data analysis on the collected using the advance excel like lookup and pivot tables ,to ensure data is as per the US Tax Regulation.

3. ensuring accurate and timely updating of tax certificate on ECM Tool to ensure clients tax exemption.

4. Auditing the team work to maintain the quality assurance and providing training and work allocation of the new joined member and frequently allocating work to entire team.

5. On boarding of new client, communicating all services allocated, understating and resolving client technical as well as non-technical quarries like complex tax exemption issues via mails and verbal communication, currently handling CRM(customer relationship) for more than 100 client.

6. Creating SOP documents, as well as the auditing report using Salesforce , advance excel and MS Office tools.

7. Good knowledge of the US taxation, GAAP, Accounting.

• Resolving all complaints received (self, branch) within stipulated TAT's.
• Ensure certification of documentation required for various assets/liabilities.
• Error free documentation for all activities keeping in mind all customer instructions.
• Ensure proper KYC of customer.
• Engage with customer and cross-sell engagement products and activation products at every new sourcing level.
• Extend benefits to customers basis identification in eligibility lists.
