Organized hiring events, filled long-standing and hard-to-fill roles, and earned client recognition for delivery excellence—resulting in a promotion to Senior Recruiter with full ownership.

• RapidAI: Closed 10 senior-level roles, including an urgent Director of Engineering replacement (filled in 30 days) and a Staff DICOM Engineer. Contributed to $50K in net revenue, and supported delivery success for Zinnov.
