The OSS system gives internal user access to worldwide HP order information via Online screens and a comprehensive reporting system.

To accomplish this task, OSS is built as an integration platform that pulls order information from various source systems within HP from the order management and supply chain space.

Basic order information is augmented with related information, like serial numbers, asset tags, shipping documents, packing lists, invoice documents and other items that assist in daily order management.
