· Responsible for sourcing & developing of exclusive parts for New project, coordinating with CFT team to ensure smooth handover to the regular purchasing team.

· Reviewed drawings and specifications from the design team, issued RFQs, make cost comparison and finalized the pricing with the support of Central Purchase team.

· Coordinated with suppliers to ensure timely part development aligned with customer timelines; worked closely with SQA to achieve First-Time-Right quality.

· Identified and developed new suppliers for project-specific components, including risk mitigation strategies for single-sourced E-Components

· Prepared monthly inventory reports for NPD location and collaborated with Project manager to mitigate slow-moving and non moving items.

· Handled Electronic commodities: Bare PCB, Assembly PCB, Discrete Semiconductors (MOSFET, MCU, CAN Transceivers, TVS Diode, Driver ICs), passive components, and wiring harnesses.

· Follow up with Suppliers for PPAP documentation on the assigned projects and validate the documentation and then uploaded in share point.

· Sent and validated Supplier Assessment Questionnaires (SAQs), followed up with suppliers, and uploaded assessment scores in the global Acquire tool.

· Prepared and maintained MRB aging reports; coordinated with buyers to close pending items.

· Conducted supplier risk assessments based on SAQ results and documented evaluations in the Acquire Tool.

· Generated and maintained quarterly Supplier Rating System (SRS) scorecards to evaluate supplier performance.

· Develop new products- Responsible for product development projects and designing a Single-Phase Voltage Transformer, current transformer as per the customer requirement and making prototypes.

· Created BOM, generated part numbers, and prepared product costing for new inquiries; submitted quotations through ERP systems.

· Work with project manager to develop project procurement plan and execute the procurement plan, include sourcing & negotiation

· Prepare PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, PFD, and SOP Documents for the Project and submitted to customer
