MEEZAN – It is an appraisal based system where performance of the employee will be measured by his submitted KRA, In which employee submits his timesheet(task done during the week) on weekly basis to his respective manager for the approval, on approval of which a BLUE card (for performance) gets generated which has certain weight age, and a GREEN card is nominated by the employee to his colleagues for their values which has got certain weightage again which will be approved by the governing panel, added all the weightage's the appraisal will be made.
