Customer Due Diligence (CDD) is the process of collecting and verifying information about a customer during onboarding. The application used to gather all the necessary information to complete the KYC for Client which inludes AMLD, Risk Profile, LDD, Account activities, Geographical information, Business activities etc.

Client Onboarding Lifecycel Tool (COLT) is a KYC lifecycle management tool which collect information and asses if onboarding process to be initiated or trigger based on the rules.

Return Item Processing System (RIPS) is daily processing EFTS software for banking and financial sectors. It comprises adjustments, collections, dispute, and exception incoming and outgoing items. RIPS universal payments suite provides universal incoming return processing, universal exception processing, extensive exchange base workflow management, data management and others.

Applications – RIPS, CIM

• Work closely with the Business and Technology partners to drive immediate and long term resolution to production issues.
• Responsible for maintaining Standar Operating procedures up-to-date.

• Controlling the work flow across 9 on-shore and 3 off-shore sites.
• Ensure effective end-user support for all IT issues, and act as escalation point.
• Providing access of an application according to user access level.
• Undertake major incidents as needed and also work to reduce the occurrences through RCA and proactive measures with support teams.
• Sending the hourly GAR reports and updating the MIS reports.
