Sourcing, Screening, Interview schedules, Documentation, Offer release, Onboarding, exit formalities.
Responsible for role-detailing and Intake call with hiring managers to ensure strong hiring signal for various technical positions.
Coordinate with background check agency to complete background checks for shortlisted candidates.
Implement notable sourcing practices and leverage tools like Naukri & employee referrals.
Screening and short-listing candidates profile as per requirements of clients.
Scheduling and Coordinating with the clients & the candidates for interviews.
Developed strong rapport with candidates, providing support during interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding process.
Management of entire lifecycle of an employee within the organization right from the hire to the time an employee separates from the organization.
Managed joining formalities, Induction, exit formalities.
Communication with stakeholders in terms of Extension/termination of employee contact and Coordinate with vendors to initiate BGV checks
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters.
Track/update employee Contract in tracker based on manager inputs
Supporting the employees on leaves related queries & Forward leave encashment requests to Finance received from employee
Onboarding, BGV, Insurance, Probations, maintain employee documents, contract extension/terminations.
