  • Arrange and manage for quality personnel qualifications for welders, painters, blasters, applicators. Update and maintain of NCR Log, Calibration log, CAR Log, RFI Log, Proactive and Violation.
  • Review Approved ITP, Procedures, Specifications, Drawings, WPS & PQR.
  • Inspect the materials received and MTC are as per isometric drawings and specification requirements.
  • Monitor the welder qualification and prepare the test log, Register and certificates.
  • Verification of isometric drawing with respect to P&ID.
  • Raising RFI’s for each item of work completed and attendance at site for witness/hold points.
  • Ensure line pipes, fittings and valves, gaskets, bolts & nuts materials are received, inspected as per the inspection and test plan.
  • Monitoring and calibration of inspection measuring and test equipment, maintain calibration history cards and calibration logs for measuring equipment.
  • Close coordination with client and construction for inspection activities and to solve technical issues, disputes, Red line / As Built Drawings.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly quality management reports. Two weeks look ahead schedule, weekly RFI status, Material receiving inspection status.
