• Elixir Reserve :- Residential project, Located at L&T campus of Powai.

Presently working as a Cluster In-charge for the Elixir reserve project - Powai.

Highlights of Elixir Reserve: -

Land parcel:- Phase 1 – 15764 sq.mtr.

Budget:- Total ER 1455 cr., Phase 1 - 655 cr.& Phase 2- 800 cr.

Total Towers – 09 Towers, Phase 1 - 04 no’s & Phase 2 – 05 no’s

Levels ;- 04 parking+ Stilt + 24 floors.

Total Flats:- 655 Phase 1.

Build-up area – Phase 1 – 14.90 lakhs sq.ft.

Club House:- +52,000 sq.ft with 02 swimming pools.

Landscape:- 1.1 lakh sq.ft

Retail:- 34 no’s

Key Responsibilities: -

• Involvement in Pre-design discussions and finalization of design.
• Heading overall project execution and its progress, taking major decisions for projects and understanding the implications.
• Coordinating with all Internal & external stakeholders.
• Overall Planning, scheduling & tracking project development, making necessary changes as & and when required.
• Maintaining all types of documentation related to projects.
• Preparation & finalization of BOQ & WOs
• Material approvals.
• Executing complete billing of project.
• Aluminum shuttering Shell plan finalization and factory visits.

Prestigious commercial tower built by L&T reality, with impressive façade and interior work. The overall budget of the project is 785 Cr. and the total built-up area 0f 10.03 lakhs sq.ft.

Worked as a in-charge of complete Landscape, all parking levels & surrounding infra work. Got a chance to enhance my knowledge related to commercial tower construction work.

Highlights of the work executed:- execution, coordination and HO of the below-mentioned areas.

• Landscape - completed civil, softscape & and hardscape work,
• Parking area with PU coating and HO of all service rooms.
• Completed entire surrounding infra work.

Responsible for the overall planning, Coordination, execution & value addition of civil and finishing work in the above-mentioned areas.

• Indian Flag :- In-charge of designing, ordering process, material management and installation of Indian flag mast of 150ft high with flag size of 48 X 32 ft , located over podium level of AMN tower. Proud to be part of the National Flag work.
• L&T Flag :- In-charge of designing, ordering process, material management and installation of L&T flag mast of 100ft high with flag size of 30 X 20 ft , located over podium level of AMN tower.

Coordinated for overall PAN India level Nation and L&T flag work, which was in L&T campuses.

• AMNT School Ground play ground:-executed international standard playground which includes multiple play areas.
• LTCT :- In-Charge of Commercial tower till excavation and pilling work.

Having plot area of 5 acres , extensive coordination and execution of excavation and piling work.

• LTBT 2 :- In-Charge of Commercial tower till excavation and pilling work of 600no’s , Having plot area of 3 acres , extensive coordination and execution of excavation and piling work.
• Emrald Isle :- Residential Project, Located at L&T campus of Powai.

Worked as a Tower In-charge of two towers – T7& T8, clubhouse, swimming pool and its NTA area.

Highlights – 25-story towers with high-end finishing.

Key responsibilities: -

• Overall project progress, co-ordination, and completion.
• HO of complete towers, its parking and clubhouse area to FM team.
• Maintaining project Planning & scheduling.
• Completed billing process.
• Maintaining quality and Safety standards as defined by a company.
• Provided after-passion service to the entire project.

Worked for 5 years in M/s. Lodha Group with great professional growth, Got immense work experience of handling large-scale projects.

Following was my work experience in M/s Lodha Group

PROJECTS:-

Lodha Aurum Grande :- Grande A and B, residential project.

Worked as a manager - construction for Grande A and B towers , Its a 34 story building having two wings Augusta and Belvedere, Total flat units are 272 no's. working as a Tower In-charge under the Project head.

Following are the activities which were handled by me in this project

• Complete RCC from 20th flr (Aluminum shuttering).
• All civil-related activities right from RCC to flat handing over to finishing team, Right from first-floor civil work and finishing set up.
• All types of documentation as per site requirements and management to complete every job cycle
  Complete billing with required documentation
  Co-ordination with all project-related internal departments and external consultants.
  Overall external development of building.
  Coordinating with MEP and Finishing dept. to complete the assigned tasks.
• Maintaining safety std in the project.

Bellissimo Club House & Spa :-
One of the prestigious club house & spa of the Lodha Group which we had handed over in very short duration including its all amenities.

Bellissimo Landscape :-
I got very great work experience while completing this job, total Bellissimo project Landscape having area around was developed by myself. It has got the Award as one of the Best 1000 Landscapes in the world. Architect - STX , Singapore.

Govt. Car Park :-
GCP in Apollo mill compound, worked right from excavation to its complete RCC work. Total area of GCP is 310000 sq.ft., three basements.

As a Senior Engineer in a K. RAHEJA, I had handed over 3 towers Athena, Apollo & Ambrosia in “ACROPOLIS” project, One of prestigious projects from K. RAHEJA having 10 buildings.

PROJECTS:-

R-ACROPOLIS - I :- Successfully completed two towers ATHENA & APOLLO

(2+18) and given completed possessions to clients of all 140 flats. Worked right from R.C.C. to total completion of towers with its flat finishing as per Raheja standard & complete handing over.

• Completed all types of Reconciliation for total project which includes four towers & podium .

• Completed main Entrance Lobby’s for both towers as per
Rahejas standard.

• Completed all services for both the towers.

R-ACROPOLIS - II :- Also completed tower no. 9, Ambrosia.(2+13),
Having 50 flats. With their complete Possessions.

Responsibilities :-

• Completing flats as per specifications & giving possessions to clients.

• Providing all specifications and amenities of project.

• Total billing work and reconciliations as well as all types of documentation required for the towers.

• Doing all types of documentation as per Management requirement and ISO documentation.

• Interacting and coordinating with architects, consultants, quality department, sales and Head office.

• Maintaining all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction, quality work & coordination with site management activities.

• Interacting with clients for better work and making modifications as per their requirements.

• Interacting & coordinating with contractors for all types of activities.

From August 2006 working with M/s. Mahimtura Consultants Pvt. Ltd. As a

“ Senior Engineer” for their Thane Project. Reporting to Project Incharge.

As a Senior Engineer in a Mahimtura, I have handled Ground Services as well as “building works of Buildings JASPER & SPENTA. of Hiranandani Pvt. Ltd. Thane.

Responsibilities

• As a senior engineer on infrastructure work

• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.

• Interacting & coordinating with subcontractors for construction

• Interacting & coordinating with structural designers, architects & suppliers ensuring that equipment/materials received following the quantity & quality.

• Completed 07 residential projects

• Completed 01 commercial – residential project ‘Dev Hospital’ at

Aurangabad.

Setting out buildings / Apartments, Supervision of RCC works

• Quality inspection & control on overall building works

• Co-ordination with structural designers, Architect & suppliers

• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities

• Completed ‘VARAD MUTHIAN’ four Apartment project.
